Great location. Small room but a huge window somewhat alleviates the tight space.
Inconsistent housekeeping schedule. Room cleanliness could be improved. Buggy "smart" elevators.

Great location! Only 5 mins walk to metro station, convenient shops and malls also nearby! Amazing swimming pool! Nice view from the room! Has water filter in the room.
The rooms are so tiny, my husband and I had to take turns to walk in the room.. There was also a problem with electricity in our room - when we used the kettle the whole electricity would knock out. We constantly had to ask staff to bring hot water to our room explaining the reason but they just kept declining. I was so exhausted… After a long negotiation they finally agreed to bring hot water up but it took them 50 minutes. Overall my husband couldn’t drink his hot tea and i couldn’t take my medicine. We left the hotel angry and exhausted. Wouldn’t be coming back here.

Bon emplacement et grande piscine
Ont m'a voler tout mes bijoux dans la chambre d'hôtel, ils étaient dans un petit sachet dans une plus grande pochette avec d'autres choses et je me suis rendu compte que 2 jours plus tard que le petit sachet avec tout mes bijoux avait disparu mais pas le reste de la pochette... je trouve ça inadmissible sachant qu'en plus c'est un nouvel hôtel, ils devraient changer directement le personnel
